Top City of Edinburgh performance came from our Senior Women’s team who easily won the East District title with Gillian Palmer and Rebecca Moore taking gold and silver individual medals, backed up by Jenny Maclean in 4th place.Our Senior Men’s team took the bronze medal with our top finisher being Grant Stewart in 12th place; the rest of the team was made up of Yoann Colombet (15th), Matt Bell (18th), Neil Thin (22nd), Sean Wilkinson (28th) and Graham Beal (29th). Neil Thin, Sean Wilkinson and Graham Beal won the silver medal for the Masters’ Team event.
Chris O’Hare was the individual silver medallist in the U17 Men’s race and along with Stewart Fraser (8th) and Jamie Smith (9th) the team also got a silver medal.
In the Under 17 Women’s race Lauren Stoddart got individual bronze medal for 3rd place.
Another team silver was won by our U15 Boys team of Jonathan Wolf (7th), Edward Dudgeon (8th) and Craig Paulin (19th).
