Gold:  Stephen Lisgo,  3000m Steeple Chase, 9:08.47
Silver : Hannah Evenden, Shot Putt, 13.40m
Bronze : Jayne Nisbet  High Jump,  1.78m
Pat Sawn: 400m in a lifetime best (47.18).

Tom Holligan and Rebecca Caswell meet Oscar Pistorius (‘Bladerunner’).

As part of his visit to Scotland, Pistorius met with members of the Bank of Scotland Talented Athlete Sprints and Disability Squads at a specially arranged training session at Pitreavie Athletics Centre on Friday evening. The young athletes had the opportunity to put their own questions to him and pick up invaluable advice on training and event preparation from one of the world’s most inspiring athletes.

SCOTTISH NATIONAL COMBINED EVENTS AND U17/20 3000M CHAMPS AND U11s TRIATHLON
Athletes are reminded that entries for the Scottish National Combined Events (U13/15 and U17/20, Senior and Masters) and U17/U20 3000m Championships will close on Friday 3rd July.

In addition there will be an Under 11s Triathlon Challenge on Sunday 19th July featuring 200m, long jump and turbo javelin. 

All competitors will receive a FREE T-shirt for competing. 

Entries for this event are through SportTayside & Fife; on-line entry is NOT available for the under-11s event and entries close on Thursday 9th July.

The events, hosted by Fife Council, will be held at Pitreavie Stadium.

The minutes from the club AGM and the May  Executive meeting are posted here and shall also be on the Club page.

These are posted to give information to members, and to show the work which goes into running the club on your behalf. 

Looking at the attendance of these meetings, it is the same dedicated group of people.
 As well as serving on the Executive these people Coach, Officiate, Organise Race Meetings, Fund Raise , sell club kit, publish this web site, Manage Teams, represent the club at Scottish Athletics and attend meetings for the various leagues.

Your help is needed.
The more volunteers we can get to help with club the less  the work load is placed on individuals.
