I’ve managed a few second places but had never won it so I intended to go up and do my best to rectify that this year! (more…)

Endurance Squad Weekend Workouts – 24/06/11

This weekend there will be no Saturday morning session, the alternatives are the Park Run or Melrose Hill Race. Sunday morning at 9.00am will be the usual long run from Craiglockhart Tennis Centre, meet in the top car park before heading out on paths and trails to Balerno and beyond with run distances from 12-16 miles. Good luck to anyone racing at the Scottish 1/2 Marathon at Dunfermline and other race options which include Glenrothes 10k, Lairig Ghru, and the Ythan Challenge (which we may get a race report from next week).
