Many thanks to Marion for all the work she puts into running the 200 Club and managing to sell all the numbers, a £1000 is a fantastic ammount to raise each year.

McDonald Club Handicap

McDonald Club Handicap

Open to Men, Women and over 15′s

Saturday 28 th January , 1030hrs  registration and prize giving in Swanston Golf Club where coffee and cola will be served.. or something stronger at 1130 hrs.
It is 5k over two laps on a clear trail around Swanston/Lothian burn.. just south of bypass. If you are not running , a few recorders/stewards are needed to help me out.

Tell me you 5k time or guess . Slowest away first and fastest proportionate time later.
Idea is we all have equal chance and first EAC member back can keep historic McDonald Trophy for a year.

Good race practice before the Nationals.
