The Cupar 5 mile road race saw a record field for what is one of the first races of the 2012 season and as usual the quality of the field was also impressive. See below for all of the EAC times and full race results can be found at Cupar 5 Results Photo’s from Fife’s David Smyth are at Photos 1 and Photos 2 (more…)
On Saturday we have a number of runners heading up to Cupar for the 5 Mile race, so if you don’t have other plans, why not join them, it starts at 3pm and is only £5 to enter.
On Sunday there will be the usual long training run at 9am from Craiglockhart Sports Centre. Meet in the top car park and we will head out on the Canal and Water of Leith paths to Balerno and beyond, with run distances of 12-16 miles, mainly on paths and trails.
