A bit late with the weekend update, but as a bonus we get an extra set of results from today! From last weekend, on Saturday, Iain MacDonald got his first win at the Park Run, then on Sunday we had a very successful attack on the Arran 1/2M with a 1st 2nd and 3rd for the guys and 3rd place in the woman’s race. Superb running on a tough course, Neil cruising to the race win, Dan racing round with Colin to demolish his PB and Jo just missing out on a PB while taking 3rd place.
