These classes are focussed around the specific need of runners, cyclists & triathletes of all levels. They concentrate on core strength, stability, balance, joint mobility and flexibility to maximise sporting efficiency and reduce the risk of related injuries – all vital components of fitness for sports people.
Class size is strictly limited to 10 to ensure personal attention and give you maximum benefit from every single move.
Held within Renew Physio, 16 Canning Street, Edinburgh.
8 week block of classes at 7pm or 8pm – booking is essential.
Class dates – 27th August, 3rd, 10th & 17th September and 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th October. £56 for the block.
Can’t make evenings? 45 minute Wednesday lunchtime general Pilates classes are also available. £44 for the block on the same weeks.
