At the Glasgow Milers meeting, Madeleine Murray took 2.25 seconds of her PB with a time of 4:13.56 in the 1500.
Further afield Emiy Dudgeon ran a seasons best of 2:01.97 for the 800m in Dublin and Avril Jackson set a new PB of 60.38 in the 400mH in Lausanne.
