This weekend will see the usual training sessions: On Saturday, meet at 10.00am at the Meadows Pavilion for a speed session. Sunday morning at 9.00am will be the long run from Craiglockhart Tennis Centre, meet in the top car park before heading out on paths and trails to Balerno and beyond with run distances from 12-16 miles.
Also, as an addition to the Saturday session, this weekend also has the 4th installment of the Edinburgh Endurance Sessions, Saturday 27th November 11am at Seafield Park, Edinburgh, EH6 7 the Lead Coach this week is Neil Renton

The main purpose of the Edinburgh Endurance Sessions is to allow quality athletes from all of the Edinburgh and District Clubs, an opportunity to train together and drive up standards and performances.
There are also a few races on this weekend, if anyone is looking for a final chance to post a fast 10k time this year and try to move up our power of 10 rankings, then head over to East Kilbride this Saturday, the race starts at the John Muir Sports Centre at 2pm. If you are planning on taking part in the Borders Cross Country League, the first race is this Sunday 28th Nov at Galashiels. Race starts 12.00 noon, register 10.30-11.30 at the Swimming Pool.
