Jenny Maclean and Joanne Thom are selected to the Scottish Team for this weekend’s Home Countries International trail race in North Wales. They take on a 10K flat out-and-return course with a challenging lap of the Gwydyr Forest, taking in the part of the Worlds 15km lap. The event, which features teams from Scotland, England, Brittany and Wales, takes place as part of the IAU World Trail Championships.

Less flat, more challenging lap of the forest!
We both had good runs. I managed to finish 2nd and think (bit of a problem with the results) were also 2nd female team behind England. Guys team results also currently unknown!
