Aviva British Grand Prix – Gateshead, 31 August 2009

Freya Murray had a great run in the 3000m at the Aviva British Grand Prix at Gateshead taking 9 seconds off her previous best with a time of 9.08.97. Freya finished 4^th in the race which was won by the World 5000m champion Vivian Cheruiyot in 8.53.04.
