| Under13 Girls and Boys | 1.15pm |
| Senior/Junior/Master Women and U17 Men * | 1.35pm |
| Under15 Girls and Boys and U17 Women * | 2.10pm |
| Senior/Junior/Master Men | 2.30pm |
note: Under 11’s and under13’s will meet at the start line at 12:00 to walk the course.
