Forth Valley League, Saturday 17th May
The second  meeting of the Forth Valley League takes place on Saturday, we have 2 teams competing one in Division 1 the other in Division 2. The league is a good introduction  to club athletics with good competition.

Division 2 is in the morning and Division 1 in the afternoon. the programmes can be downloaded here:

Division 1 It would be good if everyone competing in Div 1 could be there for 12:15pm  to support the team if you cannot manage this then you should be in the stadium  1 hour before your first event to warm up.  It is also useful if you are there early as you may be able to compete in an event should someone be unable to attend at the last minute.
Division 2 It  would be good if everyone competing in Div 2 could be there for 9:00am  to support the team,  if you cannot manage this then you should be in the stadium  1 hour before your first event to warm up. It is also useful if you are there early as you may be able to compete in an event should someone be unable to attend at the last minute. Please note Div 2 is in the morning so when you arrive it may still be going on.

I will bring vests on the day for anyone who does not have kit yet – £10 each. Looking forward to seeing you all compete in the first team event of the season.
