Gold for Jake and Silver for Jess in the Scottish Athletics 3000m Indoor Championships

Jake Wightman in his first race since April last year stormed to a Scottish title in the Mens 3000m with a Championship Best Time of 7:44.94

Jessica Taylor competing in the U20 Womens race was 2^nd with a time of 9:48.84
