Aviva World Trials and UK Championships – 10 -12 July, Birmingham
 
Congratulations to Freya Murray on winning the 5000m at the UK Championships in a time of 15m 45.07s, less than a second outside her best. In the Long Jump Lisa Ferguson set a PB of 6.11m, finishing in 6th place.
