Alisha Breaks the Record Again

SCOTTISH RECORD ALERT!

ALISHA CLOCKS 11.30 RUN FOR 100M

Alisha Rees has already broken Helen Golden's long-standing Scottish Record in the Women's 100m this season - when she posted 11.39 seconds (Golden ran 11.40 seconds).And now the 23-year-old, who has been selected for the Commonwealth Games, has improved her PB again with an 11.30 run today down south (with a legal wind).
