British and Irish Masters International Cross Country

Well done to our medal winners,  Sue Ridley (7^th) , Julie Wilson (8^th) and
Karen Dobbie (10^th) who along with Ana Richardson (2^nd) were 1st for Scotland, in the W55 race.
