Well done to Jake Wightman and Lynsey Sharp winning both their races at Great North City Games in Newcastle, Jake in the 1 mile and Lynsey in the 500m.Freya Ross who is preparing for an Autumn Marathon, finished 10th in the Great North Run half marathon in a time of 75.22 which is a significant improvement on her previous best and is the second best time on the Scottish rankings for 2016
