Flotterstone 5 Mile time trial

A super late summer evening on a traffic free course in the Pentlands, well apart from the numerous mountain bikers and hill walkers, all very civilised.

Great running conditions which saw John Morris fly around the hilly course, taking  first place in a speedy time of 28:34 with really good runs from everyone else.
