Aviva European Trials and UK Championships, 27th June 2010 Freya Murray won the women’s 5000m UK title in a time of 15.48.75,  conditions were far from ideal for the endurance athletes, Freya front-ran the race in an attempt to secure a second Commonwealth qualifying performance, but fell short of her target time.Pat Swan set a PB of 46.75 in the 400m semi-final, and Sarah Hood had a new PB of 10:43.65 in the Steeplechase.
