Highland Games

In the summer the highland games circuit can provide good sprint, Middle Distance and heavy throws  competition as well as open hill racing and road racing. On the grass track the format is handicap.A few EAC members have been touring the circuit. Reece Taylor was second in the Langholm open 1600 metres ( mile) to former member Wayne McIntosh 4.21. Cieran Turton in the 800m was a winner in 1.53Future fixtures and entry forms are on scottish athletics/SGA site . All in glorious Scottish summer weather.!Alex McEwan
