Hurdling Scotland Session

We are arranging another Hurdling Scotland session, in association with Scottish Athletics, on SUNDAY 1st APRIL 1-4pm Pitreavie (no its not an April fool :-P and pranks to a minimum)It is expected that the session will look at Hurdling outdoors for the Sprint Hurdles (more than 5 hurdles – summer is just round the corner); and if weather is too bad runs inside;The 400m Hurdlers will be running over 8/6/5/5 hurdles (to be confirmed); session will as always look at drills and a dynamic warm up… As per previous announcements; Scottish Athletics have supported this session by booking the venue for us; so no attendance fee from athletes; it would also be great to have more coaches attend ….Full Session details will appear on Hurdling Scotland web and Facebook PagesBrian Winninghttp://edinburghac.org.uk/?p=12276
