Congratulationsto Josh Kerr World Champion in the 1500m in Budapest.

In an exciting race Josh battled with Jakob Ingebrigtsen from 200m out, taking the lead in the last 50m to take the Gold Medal.

Josh takesover the mantle of World Champion from fellow Edinburgh AC club member JakeWightman.

Jake wasunable to defend his title due to injury,. But hopefully it will not be longbefore we see both athletes back competing for titles.
