Scholarships in the USA

Edinboro University in Pennsylvania have two full scholarships available for female distance runners that can be competitive on the NCAA DII Level.National marks in our distance events would be 2:10 800, 4:26 1500, 9:40 3000m, 10:35 steeple, 16:40 5K, and 34:30 10K.Can you please help me get in touch with anyone who can run those times or better and would be willing to come the US for college? I would be more than happy to work with their national coach and around their schedule racing for Scotland.
