SCOTTISH ATHLETICS INDOOR LEAGUE Emirates Arena, Glasgow, Sunday 15th DecThe First Indoor League meeting of the season will be held on Sunday 15th DecemberThe bus leaves Meadowbank at 11:45 and PC World Corstophine Road at 12:15We are competing in the afternoon session which starts at 2.00pm (approx).  The order of events/timetable for the meeting is attached scottish indoor leagueplease note there are times for field events but not for the track as this is a rolling programme.  Please arrive in plenty of time to get warmed up and obtain your numbers.  Athletes doing field events only should arrive an hour before your event. If you are not sure what time to arrive please email or text me.The League caters for athletes in the U11 - U20 age groups both maleand female. The league is structured into a morning and afternoonsession to accommodate the number of Clubs taking part. Edinburgh ACcompete in the afternoon. There are three matches. The first 2 clubsfrom the morning and afternoon in each age group automatically qualifyfor the final match along with the best placed 3 rd either from themorning or afternoon. In conjunction with the final match there is a 4x 200m relay. If clubs do not qualify they can still enter a relayteam at the final.For anyone competing for the first time - I will have a selection ofkit vests £10 both for girls and boys and red shorts which the girlswear are also £10 for you to buy on the day.There will be coaches on the day to keep you right.Remember to bring something to eat for lunch - there is facilities at the Emirates also but can be expensive  and lots of water to drink as it does get quite hotThe bus is £5 Please remember there is a charge of £2 to compete if you are not getting the bus.The bus is booked for return at 6/6:30 and we should be back in Edinburgh 1 hour after this.The athletes will be asked to text when we are leaving and again when we are near home.We are also looking for parents to help with the admin - particularly at the beginning.  We will make sure you don't miss watching your child.  Please let me know if you can help asapLooking forward to seeing you all compete on Sunday Yvonne - Team Manager
