Seasons Best from Freya

Freya Murray was on GB duty at the European Cup 10,000m event in Bilbao. Murray’s trip to Spain saw her run 33.16.13 – again a Season Best – and the best this year by a Scottish woman for 10,000m. The Olympic B standard is 32.10.Lynsey Sharp was in Poland and couldn’t quite match or improve her time from Morocco a week earlier as she ran 2.01.79 for the 800m.(Scottish Athletics News)
