Sprints Workshop

Jared Deacon, Former GB International 400m Athlete (45.63) and now coaches at Loughborough, will hold       a Workshop at Meadowbank on Tuesday 28th December at 11am. Athletes and Coaches Welcome.       Athletes £1.80 pay at Reception.
