Tom makes the Grade

Tom Holligan achived the Commonwealth Youth Games standard in the 200m as he recorded 21.70 (+1.0) (subject to ratification) at the Grangemouth Open. It is the third time this season that Tom has gone under the 21.80 standard but the first occasion with a legal wind speed.
