Well done to to GB Team Captain Jake Wightman and Beth Dobbin for their wins at the European Team Championships in Silesia, Poland

Beth was part of the winning 4 x 100m relay team in a time of 43.36 and also first place in the 200m 22.78
Jake won the 1500m in 1:45.71
