Bronze For Tim

Congratulations to Tim Hely winning the bronze medal at the World Masters Athletics Championships M50, 3000m steeplechase in 10:35, being held in Gothenburg Sweden, yesterday evening.

This was a few seconds down on his Scottish record set in July of 10:31. Tim is currently ranked 7th in the whole of Scotland, all age groups.
