Susan McKelvie

Susan McKelvie first appeared in the rankings as a 14 year old javelin thrower but soon changed to the hammer where she has won 8 Scottish senior champs and represented Scotland at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, finishing in 6th place.

Susan led the Scottish rankings each year between 2008 and 2013 and threw a career best 65.03 in 2011.

Ranked second in the UK U23 rankings in 2005 moving to the top spot in 2006, with a highest UK Senior ranking of a fourth place in 2011.
