Scottish Junior 3000m Championships – 19 July, GrangemouthChris O’Hare convincingly won the Scottish U20 3000m championship in a new personal best of 8m 29.80s, almost 8 seconds ahead of the next athlete. Andrew Crichton was 7th in 9m 02.16s.
In the U17 age group Jake Wightman was 5th in 9m 48.28s and Edward Dudgeon 6th in 9m 56.53s.
