Grangemouth New Track

Please Note:The new track at Grangemouth is of a  Mondo construction.NO NEEDLE SPIKES will be allowed on the track only Xmas Tree or Pyramid spikes including ceramic styles will be acceptable.Ground staff will be checking shoes and those found to be wearing needle spikes will be asked to remove them before using the track.Grangemouth will have a supply of spikes for sale at the stadium.Mondo Track Fact And FictionRecommended Spike Usage
