National 4 x 4K Cross Country Relays

National 4 x 4K Mens Relays, Cumbernauld House. Saturday 25th Oct.This is a  classic challenging grassy course at Cumbernauld House. There will be over 50 teams of  seniors /juniors and veterans.I am entering 5 teams plus one over 50 team of three. Please consult your training /competition plan  and coach .
