SPRINTS AND HURDLES WORKSHOPMEADOWBANK – SUNDAY 16th JANUARY2pm  - 4.30pmA practical workshop for short sprints and all Hurdles will be held at Meadowbank.Coaches may bring two athletes who should pay £1.80 at Meadowbank Reception.Coaches pay £2.00 at Club Room in Concourse.
