Sinead Dudgeon/Walker

Sinead Dudgeon/Walker was a star of Scottish athletics, competing at World, Olympics and European Championships and representing Scotland at the 2002 Commonwealths, finishing 6th in the 400m hurdles and 4th in the 4x400m relay.

She won three British titles and twelve Scottish titles, five at 200m, four at 400mH and three indoors at 400m.

In addition to the Commonwealths, she competed for Scotland in ten internationals, including two 400mH victories at Loughborough, breaking  Liz Sutherland’s 21 year old Scottish Record , with a time of 51.07.

Career bests of 7.63 (60m), 11.93/11.8/11.72w (100m), 23.59/23.23w (200m), 52.05 (400m), 55.24 (400mH) and early in her career jumped 5.31m in the Long Jump.
