 Competition

In the winter there is a Cross Country fixture list.

EAC pays entry fees and organises teams for these Team managers and coaches can guide you through the process

In the “ summer “ there is an extensive fixture list of road races which coaches and team managers whittle down to a target list or grand prix

Most events are pre-entry and the runner pays the relevant entry fee .
Races include road relays and distances from 1  mile to 26 mile

EAC posts target races on Endurance EAC facebook, Scottish Athletics carries a more comprehensive fixture list www.scottishathletics.org.uk/events/

There is good hill running calendar and trail race list including open events and championship events.
The site operated by Scottish Hill Runners carries the fixtures

For target events the athlete must be a member of EAC and Scottish Athletics and wear a club vest
