Sarah with a best of 6.42m is up against some tough opposition, Dutch Athlete Dafne Schippers has jumped 6.78m and two American athletes have gone close to 7m. It is with deep regret that we have to report the death of Olive Durie. Olive was a popular Hurdles Coach with Edinburgh Southern Harriers/ Edinburgh Woollen Mill, she coached many Junior Champions and was also part of the “Tea ladies” team, a parents fund raising group.
