The pickup time is 11:45 hours on Saturday 1st December 2018, at Marionville Road, Edinburgh immediately north of Meadowbank Stadium then at 12:00 PC World, Glasgow Road.

The event is scheduled to complete by 18:00 hours, therefore we should be able to depart for the return journey circa 18:30 hours.
