I know you are all busy preparing for relays but please consider if you want to compete at short course champs at Bellahouston over a flat 4k course on Saturday November  7^th .Senior men and women : entries close on Monday. Hopefully you have told coach and more importantly team manager as EAC handles the entries on this.
