Congratulations to Amanda Woodrow, who as a member of the Ladies Team, won the Anglo-Celtic Plate for Scotland.

Running over 100Km and despite suffering from heatstroke and sunburn (just what you expect to get in Northern Ireland) Amanda battled on finishing fifth and with a First place for the Scottish ladies and a new Club Record for the 100Km
