Bag Packing, Your Club Needs YOU!

Sainsbury’s Blackhall Retail Park
We are looking for athletes/parents/coaches/officials to help with the above event.
There are 3 shifts (minimum 10 athletes per shift)
Shift 1 – 10.00 -12.00 (meet outside at 9.45 am)
Shift 2 – 12.00 -2.00
Shift 3 – 2.00 – 4.00
Names to Yvonne (Parent’s Group) asap – with your 1, 2, 3rd choice
We also need 2 parents/officials to supervise each shift.

Athletes remember to wear your club hoodie if you have one, No drinks, food or mobile phones at the checkouts.
We hope that you will all do your bit as we really need a big push on fund raising.
