Events:   100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Sprint Hurdles, HJ, LJ, TJ, PV, Javelin, Discus, Medlay Relay
 
Separate Men’s and Women’s Cup (Seniors/U20) but not including the top 8 combined teams in the UK (see bal.org.uk)

You must be available for both dates bearing in mind that the NJAL is on 24th July and NJAL Final is on 11th September
