Chris O’Hare won the 1500m at the British Championships in Birmingham and qualifies for the European Championships in Berlin, he is joined by 2^nd placed  Jake Wightman. Josh Kerr who was also in the 1500m was 5^th placed.

Also off to Berlin will be Beth Dobbin who was 1^st in the 200m,  lowering her own National Record with a time of 22.59.

Other Edinburgh athletes competing in the Championships were Lynsey Sharp who was  5^th in the 800m and Michael Olsen who was 4^th in his 100m semi-final
