The annual British and Irish Masters Cross Country International will be held on home ground at Tollcross Park in Glasgow. on Saturday 12th November.

The team selection for 2016 will be decided from trial races which will be run on the same course as the International.

Two races being held on Saturday 17th September

6km race for all women’s age groups and men over 65

Starting at 1pm

8km race for all other men’s age groups which will start at 2.00pm

Format for selection

M35-39, M40-44, M45-49 and M50-54 the first 3 finishers.

With an additional 3 selected based on known form.

Similarly remaining men’s age groups and all women’s teams, first 2 finishers selected along with an additional 2 on known form.
