Use the benefit of my extensive experience as a Pilates Instructor, competitive runner and cyclist, plus much more to gain the experience and knowledge you need to improve your posture and core strength and reduce your injury risk. Classes for runners, cyclists & triathletes
Classes are focussed around the specific needs of runners, cyclists & triathletes. They concentrate on core strength, stability, balance, joint mobility and flexibility to maximise sporting efficiency and reduce the risk of related injuries – all vital components of fitness for sports people.
- Mondays at 7pm or 8pm – STARTING 30th APRIL
Classes for all
Protect your back, strengthen your abdominals, stretch tight muscles and perfect your posture. NEW 45 minute classes to fit more easily into your day!
- Wednesdays at 12:15pm or 1pm – STARTING 2nd MAY
Class size is strictly limited to 10 to ensure personal attention and give you maximum benefit from every single move.
Booking is essential – all blocks run for eight weeks, start the week of 30th April 2012. Mondays cost £56 & Wednesdays £44.
NO classes 4th or 6th June.
