With the cross country season drawing to a close and focus changing to training for indoor track and spring road racing, we’re all looking at how to develop our base training to gain that extra ‘edge’. Classes are based in a lovely studio within Renew Physio on Canning Street (near Haymarket/Shandwick Place) with a heated floor to keep us cosy right through the rest of the winter and spring. And there are now two 45 minute classes on Wednesday lunchtimes to better fit into your lunchbreak.

When? 8 week block starting Monday 5th or Wednesday 7th March
Choices?
- Monday 7pm – class for runners, cyclists & triathletes (1 hour)
- Monday 8pm – class for runners, cyclists & triathletes (1 hour)
- Wednesday 12:15pm – general class (NEW – 45 minutes)
- Wednesday 1pm – general class (NEW – 45 minutes)
Cost? The 8 week block costs £56 for the 1 hour (Monday) classes and £44 for the 45 minute (Wednesday) classes
Who? No previous experience required. Over 16′s only.
- Monday classes – runners, cyclists or triathletes of any level
- Wednesday class – anyone wanting to improve their core strength, back health & learn about Pilates
