The Annual General Meeting of Edinburgh Athletic Club will be held on Tuesday 22nd November 2010 in Lounge 3 at Meadowbank Sports Centre at 7.30pm.

Minutes of the November 2009 AGM can be viewed on our website on the Club page. 
If you would like a copy before the AGM, I will send one out, preferably by email. 

Members under 17 are welcome to attend the meeting but are not eligible to vote.

Please note that all positions on the Executive Committee are subject to annual re-election. Nominations for these positions must be made by a current club member present at the meeting and with the approval of the nominee.  We would welcome nominations for the position of Welfare Officer as this position is at present vacant.
