The first meeting of the East District Cross Country League takes place this Saturday at Stirling University.
Note: Young Athletes should be at the start 1 hour before the start time of their race.
When entering the University grounds, you go to the left of the small Loch.

Saturday 16 th october sees the first of three east district cross country league matches. Its been a couple of years since the men have won it although EAC are holders of the overall male trophy. The League is all to run and all to count. A real test to see if you can take training group scalps. It is a decent standard of competition.
The first race is only 9k, undulating grass. It starts at 1430 hrs . You need a club vest, probably spikes and I provide EAC numbers. In the league each club has a unique number: EAC is a 1 and vets must be marked with a V and Juniors with a J
It is a 15 minute jog from changing/car parking in the Gannochy centre, Stirling University at Bridge of allan TO the course.. so I need to seeya in the cafe area area by 1345 hrs in order to give you a number.There is a map on the Scottish Athletics
