The third East League Cross-Country is to be held at Broxburn sat 12th January changing and declarations are at Broxburn Academy EH52 6AG this is where the toilets are.  The course is a good ten minute walk from school. See below for info for Junior and Senior athletes

1) Information for the Junior Athletes
Please bring pins, club vest, tape if you have-change of clothes especially spare shoes and packed lunch.  Details can be found www.eastleague.co.uk Meet me at the course where I shall give you your numbers. Ideally get your numbers before going round the course.
As with all the local Cross-Country’s there will be no transport but if your parent’s cannot take you Please let me know and I shall arrange transport. Please let me know if you intend to compete.

2) Information for Senior Women :-

Hi everyone and happy New Year!

Just a quick one to remind you that it’s the final East District race this Saturday at Broxburn and all ladies are off at 1:05pm. No need to enter in advance for this one but it’d be great to have another good showing of runners. We’re currently in second place in the League and unable to reach Central unfortunately but well clear of the Bog Trotters and Lothian so it’d be good to cement ourselves in a strong second place! All details here and, as ever, if you can offer lifts please do so (I’ll be on my bike so guessing nobody wants a backie!). Don’t forget your number ‘1’ to wear and you’ll need to make sure it has an ‘L’l on it and let me know if you’ll need a number on the day.

3) Information for Senior Men :-

The last league race is this Saturday Broxburn Academy parking and it is a 10 minute walk up to course for race start  at 1400 hrs

Report to club tent for number and vest !  spikes or studs, you choose.

If you can share transport either talk to training partners or meet PC world at 1230 hrs. It is a short 30 minute ride to Broxburn

After Broxburn: The next race is for vets, the national masters champs are at Forres on Saturday 2^nd Feb, Over 35 is the age band with 4 to count for the team event. There is also an over 50 team prize with 3 to count.
